Free WiFi
As a complimentary service to our valued guests, we are happy to provide free high speed WiFi for your convenience. This service offers the latest in technology and guests are each provided with an in-room access point to guarantee the best signal reception. Additionally, your WiFi login (provided on check-in at reception), enables you to roam the resort without the need for further login.
*Fair Use Policy
Our WiFi service, in essence, has no data limit applied and we do not offer a “reduced speed” service in an effort to encourage guests to purchase a higher speed service. However, should a larger than normal number of guests access sites that require high data usage (such as video streaming sites/apps such Netflix, Stan, Presto or Youtube), this may reduce performance. If such a situation occurs, in the interests of all guests having quality access to the internet, we request that guests delay their streaming activities for a more suitable time of the day.
Although we do not wish to impose any limitations to our WiFi service, should any guest use unreasonable amounts of data which results in reduced performance of data speeds for other guests, we reserve the right to temporarily limit access to the internet for any guest exceeding reasonable limits.
This policy will guarantee continued high-speed WiFi access for all guests.
Free Foxtel
Guests have been provided with complimentary access to a wide range of Foxtel channels including the major sport channels, lifestyle channels, movie channels, documentary, entertainment and news plus several popular children’s channels. There are over 30 exciting channels to choose from.
